Who's behind Rescue Ready
Kim Glenn, RN
Owner & Instructor
Kim Glenn, RN, has spent more than 30 years in healthcare — and she’s still an actively practicing nurse in Pueblo today. As an American Heart Association-certified instructor, she teaches CPR, BLS, and First Aid the way she’s relied on them in real life: hands-on, clear, and built to stick. She started Rescue Ready Academy so families and professionals across Pueblo can learn life-saving skills in small classes, close to home, from an instructor who still does this work herself.
Kyle Boyd, RN
Business Manager
Kyle Boyd, RN, has spent 13 years in nursing, most recently in the ICU, and today consults with hospitals across the country. At Rescue Ready Academy he runs the business side — scheduling, booking, communication, and growth — keeping classes small, personal, and easy to book. That bedside experience keeps the academy focused on training that works under pressure, not just on paper.
